Cookies and website technologies
Your choice
Google Analytics loads only after you select Accept analytics. If you reject or make no choice, we send no requests to Analytics. Your choice is stored in the domain’s localStorage for 180 days under ftv:analytics-consent:v1. Change it using Analytics preferences in the footer; rejecting after acceptance stops tracking and removes accessible Analytics cookies on that domain.
Google Analytics 4
If you accept analytics, we load Google Analytics 4 to measure page visits, Quick Check usage and submitted enquiries. We do not send form contents or the URLs entered in Quick Check to Google. Query strings and fragments are removed from the page address sent to analytics. Measurement can link a visit between fixthisvibe.it and fixthisvibe.com when you have accepted on both. Advertising features and Google Signals are disabled.
Cookies and duration
After consent, _ga and _ga_* cookies allow Google to distinguish visits and sessions. Their configured lifetime is 180 days. Event data retention in the GA4 property is set to two months, without resetting it on new activity; this setting does not determine retention for all aggregate reports. Quick Check still does not save reports in localStorage.
Other content
Fonts are hosted with the website. No videos, maps or social widgets are embedded. The form and Quick Check work when you reject analytics.
Enquiry attribution
Only after analytics consent, we store the first page observed after consent, the referring origin when available, and valid utm_source, utm_medium and utm_campaign labels in this browser tab for up to 30 minutes. These details accompany your enquiry, and campaign labels may be sent to Google Analytics. We do not store full query strings, search terms or advertising identifiers. Rejecting analytics clears these details from the browser and stops collection for subsequent enquiries. Missing referral information does not prove a direct visit.
Enquiry delivery records
To handle enquiries and retries, we record a request identifier, timestamp, domain, form page, language and delivery outcome on the server, independently of your analytics choice. The record includes your optional answer to How did you hear about us? and referral details collected with consent. It contains no name, email, message or IP address. Records older than 180 days are removed during maintenance at startup or when an enquiry is submitted. The full enquiry and its metadata are forwarded by email. Your optional answer is not sent to Google. After consent, we also keep up to 50 technical receipt identifiers in the browser tab to prevent duplicate Analytics events; these are cleared when you close the tab or reject analytics.
